• To review the status of the project
• To maintain open lines of communication
• Gain more information about the project ‘school’

Progress from previous meeting: 

• Gantt chart has been created which needs weekly updates
• Blog is up and running, needs weekly updates

1. School information
   1. Will need to contact the school directly to arrange a meeting next week. Can email Jill Hopkins at Jill.Hopkins@lincolncarltonacademy.lincs.sch.uk
   2. The date the school finishes for Christmas is the 17^th, create posters and leaflets after Christmas.
   3. Arrange the visit to the school

   1. The blog is there to help us and it’s on their system anyway. It’s up to us, we don’t need to fill it in.
   2. Timescale of the whole project
3. Questionnaire –  Make it nice and easy. Give one to the kids and another to the teachers. Also send Toby one.
