Meeting Objective:

• Talk about advertising material and techniques
• Talk about a risk assessment
• Tell toby that an email has been sent to Jill to arrange a meeting with the school
• Reflect on the group progress from previous weeks

1.Discussed with Toby about going down to the school and arranging a meeting with Jill who is the lady in charge of the lunch time clubs down at Carlton Academy school.

2.We talked about different promotional ideals to promote the club that we will carry out posters, questionnaires, interviews.

3.Meeting the children when down at the school asking them by using a show of hands what sport they want to do during the lunch time club.

4.Risk assessment needs to be carried out at the school at the area that we will be coaching at.

5. Discussed what has been going on within the group in previous weeks, whats been completed, what we plan on completing.
