Meeting Objective:

• Report back on meeting with Jill
• Go over the blog, what to use to show results?

1. The School

1.1. Visited the school on Monday 1st  February 2016. Looked at the area that the coaching will take place and the initial thoughts were that the area was too small but we gained some understanding and ways to increase the area’s size

1.2. The coaching sessions will take place on Tuesdays between 12:30 and 1pm, to be started on 23rd February 2016.

1.3. Risk assessment will be completed Friday 12th February.

Item 2: Participants and Sport

2.1. Pick the children and deliver the session we want to choose.

2.2. Agreed on doing the handball, where equipment would need to be taken out of the sports hall.

2.3. Get the name of the kids and conducting a register

2.4. Don’t deliver a taster session.

Item 3: Advertisement

3.1.  A poster has been created, however if the school doesn’t allow for poster then run it through Donna.

Item 4: Future meetings-

4.1. There will be a future meeting during the half term week regarding ICoach4Sport.

Item 5: Blog

5.1. Scrap questionnaires, just create tally charts, graphs etc.
